NOTICE FOR SSPRA

From:     Ethics and professionalism committee
To      :    Saut student public relations association (SSPRA)
RE      :    Ethical Dimensions in SSPRA
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am deeply humbled to have this opportunity and it is my sincere privilege to share with you about the issue of ethical dimension in our Association (SSPRA)
Ladies and gentlemen, it is an inseparable fact that what you wear gives an impression of who you are. You can all agree with me that ethical wearing style determine others perception towards you.
SSPRA under Ethics and professionalism committee has decided to put some restrictions on the dress code towards SSPRA members around the campus. Therefore the SSPRA dress code for men prohibits wearing of T-shirt, track suit, sportswear (shoes and jerseys), shorts and earring. On other side of the coin women or rather girls are not allowed to wear mini-skirts, tight or transparent clothes, stomach cuts, casual wear like Kanga, capped sleeves and sleeve tops and slippers for all.
In case of misconducts, He / She may be imposed with penalties of warning, reprimand, and at all the misbehavior persist after being verbally warned or strong written warning, the Said student may be chased from the association with approval of discipline committee and the Executive.
Therefore wearing ethically lead to respect on a person’s reputation everywhere, making a person comfortable and confident and much more being a good example towards others who observe from him or her because of being smart.
In a nutshell, It is my fervent hope and prayer that you would adhere to these dress codes without any offence or rather misconduct to avoid wearing the prohibited dress codes thus avoiding from the imposed penalties, other than observing them for our own future reputation.
